Windows 7: Mystery File Found

Win7 H.Prem. 32bit+SP1

After getting the reply from Revo Support, I was unsure exactly where the files in question should be located, so I deleted the 2 .dat files and the Revo folder, Downloaded a fresh copy and it is perfect.

I'm getting the following error message. Yesterday when I was forced to reboot my machine, I got an error saying that the same file was not valid, so i deleted it. Now, yes it's gone, and it's still causing a problem. How can I resolve this issue permanently? Thanks so much!
