I agree, why does anyone care about sending startup repair info to MS, it`s Windows 7 for Pete`s sake, they don`t care.

I totally agree here too, if it`s a work laptop you shouldn`t be doing anything with it except work. You should not be making any changes to it or trying to make any changes to it. Leave it alone.

Use your own PC for doing whatever you want.
