I assume you are running Windows 7?
Go to start menu, type 'system information'. There you will find the brand, model, as well as the specs for your laptop.
As far as the shortcut keys for scrolling, use the arrow keys just below the 'SHIFT' key on the right hand side of your keyboard.
    Hope this helps.

It tells you what model it is right on the laptop, right hand side just below the screen.

As mentined, just use the arrow keys.

Use the snipping tool to create pictures or paint, then upload them by choosing Go Advanced in your reply, (not post quick reply) then click the paperclip icon to insert a picture in your reply.

As we said, type 'system information' in the search bar.

Not sure how else to help you with this.

    Sure there is, it's in Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10...

    System Information

System Information File - Create in Windows

Option Four here System Information - View About your Windows 8 PC

System Information File - Create in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

Same method works on all of them.

Just start typing System information in the search bar and it will show up in the list, near the top.

Click on it and after it opens the window make a snip and upload it like I told you.
