How i should fix the problem with the command prompt

Okay i got the problem that my task bar gone wrong so i srsly need help now.
When i was watching some video i couldln't download a game from 'Garena',so i decide to reboot pc and i turned into this.

I need help from you guys from all the world.It is important that i have some stuff to do.

Welcome to the forum.
I didn't understand what you want as the images are completely different, not only on the colors but also the shortcuts on the task bar.
So first question is: Where did you take those images from?
What you want to change with the command prompt?
To change the color from basic to aero, right click on the desktop and on the menu choose Personalize.
