I want to shift+scrollwheel to scroll horizontally in Windows Explorer

Hi there. As a veteran of Windows 7, an eternal battle I struggle with is that Windows Explorer does not seem to have any shortcut key to scroll horizontally in Details view. Is there any sort of registry tweak, workaround, or even autohotkey script, or anything at all that can avail me in this struggle?

Every other modern, sensible, half decent program has some functionality like shift+scrollwheel to scroll horizontally.

Based on reading other threads on this topic from a Google search, I anticipate that there might be some confusion about what I'm referring to, so let me preemptively clarify a bit:

Horizontal scrolling works fine in List view and Icons view. This is because those views do not have a vertical scroll bar, so vertical mousewheel scrolls are interpreted as horizontal scrolls. I want horizontal scrolling for Details view when there is both a horizontal and vertical scrollbar. If you don't believe me, set Explorer to Details view, make the window small enough so both scrollbars appear, and then try your darndest to scroll horizontally without clicking the scrollbar. You won't be able to.

Let me also make clear, again based on a common misunderstanding I found from respondents to similar threads in other forums asking about this: I am exclusively talking about Windows Explorer. Not Excel or Internet Explorer or Chrome or anything else.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

I would suggest you to look for MOUSE functions.

Using combination of keyboard and mouse is not so ideally good, as it may not be impossible.
As to use 2 hands to do the job is not an ideal in using such special features &or functions.

What i meant by mouse functions, there are several types.

For example, i bought a mouse that fit my hand but not acceptable by the windows default driver.
So i had to search and found a exe file to initiate the mouse upon booting.
There are some features, but i am not using it.

Can't horizontally scroll via mouse wheel in Excel 2016
So from the title itself. I have a G502 Proteus Spectrum and it has the latest drivers. The sides scrolling works on Browsers, Task Manager, Notepad/++, Visual Studio 2012. The side scroll also doesn't work on my laptop (W8.1, Excel 2013). If there's anything that could enable this, it would be a...

Can I scroll pane hovering over in Windows Explorer without focus?
Yes, so navigating long lists of files and folders, we can scroll up and down which ever pane has focus. But it annoys the sh!t out of me when you need to scroll the navigation pane too. Surely it can be configured to scroll whatever the mouse is hovering over rather than having to be in focus as...

Cannot enable smooth mouse scroll in Windows Explorer Navigation Pane
Not sure if this is due to my hardware or some setting in Windows 7. I have Win 7 Pro x64 on a Sony Vaio ZPCZ11. Using the MS Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 7000. In the file view of Windows File Explorer, if I click in the space and wheel scroll, everything works fine and the scrolling is smooth....

Windows Explorer (scroll bar)
Ok I will try my best to describe what is happening. When I open my windows explorer to see all my folders. The scroll bar on the left hand side that scrolls through the folders keeps scrolling on it's own to the bottom. When I click on the up arrow to scroll up, it overtakes and scrolls to the...
