    Image On Screen

This just started...nothing new has changed to my knowledge. First,my computer is running fine and I have done numerous checks...too many now unless you need them .....just this one annoying thing ....if for instance I am on any web page and click on either my return or a new web page, I get what you see ....if I click on my "tools folder" for instance when you see what I have shown here, it will go away and all is normal again. Happens often. My drivers are up to date and this is really minor, just annoying. Must be video card related? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks. Hope I explained this.

    Hi Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.

This website might help explain the "ditto unknown" problem & it might be causing the "tools" folder as well.

Read through the website & see if it could be causing your problems.

What is Ditto.exe and How to Fix It? Virus or Safe?

Ditto may be far less nefarious than what has been suggested. I have been using a clipboard manager called Ditto for a long time, and maybe this is what the OP has starting up with his computer. See if this is the same:

    Ditto clipboard manager

    Hope this helps!
