Dialogs and some windows distorted/glitched or with font errors

    Hey there!
Recently I installed Windows 7 Ultimate and I had some errors with some dialogs, softwares. Mostly because they look distorted, glitched and some of them have some weird fonts errors.
I searched a lot seeking for some help but it seems like nobody (Or I just don't know how to search for it) got this problem before.

I recently tried to install Origin and the installer just crashed and it seems like the COMCTL32 library is the module that caused the crash.

It's the first time that I see something like this.
It's hard to explain how it looks so I've uploaded some screenshots
    An autoclicker software

    An installer

    A NIS installer

An extract dialog with weird fonts errors

    Any hint with this?

I just run SFC and the scan just stopped at 12% saying that it couldn't repair those files. I checked the log and there's a bunch of corrupted font files. Like between 100 and 200. Could this be related to those fonts?

It would piss me off if I have to format my partition and install Windows again...

    Hi Joe,
you could try a repair install,
    Repair Install

note if your using your original install media to do the repair and the corruption is on that, it wont work.

Hey Roy! Let me try the repair install and I'll see if it works. If it doesn't, then my ISO must have corrupted files or something!
    Thank you!

I couldn't get any solution so I reinstalled Windows from a bootable USB.
