Because you computer came with Vista and you have had counterfeit Windows 7 installed I would suggest you do as AddRAM suggested.

Buy Microsoft Windows Ultimate, Professional, Home & More - Newegg.com

You can not buy a legal Windows 7 COA key by itself.
A legal COA key comes with the Windows 7 DVD from Microsoft.

Their are no cheap legal Windows 7. In my neck of the woods only Windows 7 Pro can be found. $140.00 USD.

What for you want to buy a a product key?
Is it to install Win 7 on the Dell OEM windows 7 x64?
Don't you have a COA key as AddRam showed on post 3? It could be under the battery.
If you have the COA key you can use it on a MS installation disk.
The computer came installed with Vista, so he won`t have a COA with a Windows 7 key. Reply #7
