I am getting Basic word has detected you are holding down the CTRL Key Do you want to start in safe mode
Script Error on this page
line 0, Char 0, Error Script error, code0, URL https:// etc etc

I have used FN + f5 to toggle switch to a second screen, as the Laptop screen is damaged.

Keyboard failure, try external keyboard. I've had this case long time ago, turns out i have to replace the internal keyboard
