Hi KasthuriKM
I do agree with Jack post #6.
Your problem is on your very first post. Highlight in red.
Enterprise edition do have high priority in managing on IT computers and access.
Even i was in IT dept, the Administrator did not allow me to do any this sort of issues.
If he want me to handle, he did provided all the necessary info for me to resolve issue.
Each Administrator have its own method.
So, do refer to your Administrator on this policy.
If you are doing something as part of the IT, then the Administrator will, in the very first place, give you full access.
I had this to say:
All your posts are very much misleading.
Each post of yours have different issue, as you did not really come forward on the actual issues.
Or rather you do not want to.

So, what is really your problem in not having an internal staff to assist you.
Finally:
I am limited with my knowledge with any kind of domain computers.
I will go back to watching.
