weird small icon looks like a camera appears and can't be removed

Hi ! I got that small icon that looks like a camera or smart phone on my desktop. nothing happens when you click on it, and you can't right click either to get info on it. Can someone tell me what that is ? I attached a jpg picture of it...

It is clearly not a shortcut.
Try going to control panel and checking out programs and features. Any programs that you do not recognize? Any icons similar to the one on the desktop?
Run Malwarebytes and your antivirus.

I agree 100% with richc46 on this. Running a malware scan or three wouldn't hurt a bit.

There is really nothing unusual in my programs. This icon just shows up, sometimes it doesn't appear for an entire day... This thing is just annoying...

Did you or did you not do security scans?
Something put that icon on your system.

Right tick on the icon and select properties and see if their is any information on what it is related to.

It would be helpful if you completely filled in your system specs. This tutorial by Brink will help you do that.
