Wondershare and Camtasia9 have unreadable sections

I've changed border and font settings in Windows Color and Appearance. Worked fine for majority of my programs. For these 2 programs I have areas that are blocked. The attached jpg shows a screenshot from Wondershare. For Camtasia9 I cannot fully access the entire program screen and cannot resize it via the arrows. Is there a way to change settings on individual programs? Remember, all my other programs are fine with the customization I have already input and want to keep. Your input appreciated.
