disable logging for event-Application Center snap-in

i'd like to disable logging for specific event.
Stop Logging a Specific Event
where i can find Application Center snap-in?
and within it a cluster node?
got stacked in those stages :
  1. In the Application Center snap-in, expand the cluster node.
  2. Under the cluster node, right-click the Events node, and then on the pop-up menu, click Properties
is it related to this?
