Windows 7 logo won't fully create itself during startup

    Hello!

As the title says...everytime I boot up my computer the windows logo doesn't fully creates when I start my computer. I see the colours come together about to form the logo but before it does my homescreen is already there. This happened ever since I installed a new CPU I think, does anyone know how to fix that? :)

    It is not broke.

Your system is booting fast and the Windows color logo doesn't have time to complete.
