I would say that you have a failed memory.
My suggestion is to take to a repair shop or to an authorized Lenovo dealer.

All symptoms indicates a RAM failure, but it can be something else.
You can buy a RAM, same type (DDR2, DDR3?) with equal speed or higher.
If you want some help, give us your RAM code.

Deactivate a Dead Computer?
How can I deactivate a dead computer? I'd like to put my copy of Windows 7 Ultimate up for sale, but the computer it was on died. I replaced it with a Windows 8 notebook, so I can't really install it on another computer just to deactivate it. Any ideas?
