Folder options changed in Windows 7

Recently I have noticed that in my Windows 7 Professional Desktop, the folder options are a bit modified. The word ON and OFF are added at the end of every options in advanced category. Is it a malware? SFC scan did not detect any problem. Screen shot is attached.

Hi Nilangshu ,

Can you check whether if you had the magnifier turned on ? If it is , turn it off .

Windows Key > "Control Panel" > "All Control Panel Items" > "Ease of Access Center" > "Make the computer easier to see".
Uncheck "Turn on Magnifier".
Click "OK".
You may have to close and reopen the Explorer "Folder Options" dialog to see the changes.
