Digging poking hunting for folders is making my eyes cross

I wish I could tell my computer with my voice OPEN "STATUSGREEN" folder. and it would do it weather I was in a save as open in a application window or just on my desktop. I have these mini projects I do throughout the day and I will put a shortcut in my folder on my taskbar and one in my favorites and one in a folder called 00Ashortcuts. But still my favorites is 20 folders long. I also stick a lot of things in findit folder. But still it is cumbersome and my eyes hurt form digging around for folders. I hope to figure out additional ways to get at my files. There must be applications that help.
I have received much help from this forum and I am great-full for this thank you!
I see that windows voice recognition is available but I dont see any voice commands to open a folder maybe somebody knows how to make it work to open a folder.

I do see that I can make Keyboard shortcuts to "shortcuts" but I can not make that work. Plus the Blender application I use, I can barley find an extra keyboard shortcut to use for that app so I worry about conflict while using that app.

Also When I use the windows search function I wish it would open up the explorer part so I dont have to poke around to get it to open. My work day is slowed down my my ability to find folders and files.

    - On search results, right click - Open folder location.
    - Create a shortcut and on location put the folder path and give it a name
    D:\Winprog\Bittorrent to open the folder
    D:\Winprog\Bittorrent\uTorrent.exe to execute the file

If you want to have a few readily accessible folders that may change frequently, my Quotidian Folders freeware may be for you. It is a simple hotkey in the tray. Select one or more folders in Explorer and hit the hotkey(Control Right Click.) They are added to a mouse menu. To see this menu Control Right Click the mouse on a blank spot on the desktop. The menu will open near the mouse cursor.

The download is named QF.zip and may be downloaded from my freeware page here:
    Miles Ahead's Windows Downloads

Please see the included Readme.txt for details. Also once running in the System Tray double clicking the Tray Icon shows an about box. The source code is included so you can make your own modifications if desired.

All the icon files are just to make a pretty Tray Menu. Unzip to an empty folder and double click QF.exe and you should be in business. To start with Windows make a shortcut to QF.exe and place it in your StartUp Folder.

Would something like this work for you? If so, after creating just drag it to your quick launch bar.

Thanks for trying it out. If you like it please download it again because I fixed a small bug where changes to the Open On Click setting in the Tray Menu were not saved if the program was closed due to shutdown or logoff. The corrected version is already on my page. Check that the version number is 1.4.2.2 so you know you are not seeing the one in your browser cache, but the new upload.

I recommend the freeware Search Everything. Its lightening fast, I use it 50x a day. Say you want to find this forum, you'd take maybe three seconds to do the following - click on tray icon for Everything, type "sev ht", it brings up the sevenforums.html link, then click on the link.
