Digging poking hunting for folders is making my eyes cross
I wish I could tell my computer with my voice OPEN "STATUSGREEN" folder. and it would do it weather I was in a save as open in a application window or just on my desktop. I have these mini projects I do throughout the day and I will put a shortcut in my folder on my taskbar and one in my favorites and one in a folder called 00Ashortcuts. But still my favorites is 20 folders long. I also stick a lot of things in findit folder. But still it is cumbersome and my eyes hurt form digging around for folders. I hope to figure out additional ways to get at my files. There must be applications that help.
I have received much help from this forum and I am great-full for this thank you!
I see that windows voice recognition is available but I dont see any voice commands to open a folder maybe somebody knows how to make it work to open a folder.
I do see that I can make Keyboard shortcuts to "shortcuts" but I can not make that work. Plus the Blender application I use, I can barley find an extra keyboard shortcut to use for that app so I worry about conflict while using that app.
Also When I use the windows search function I wish it would open up the explorer part so I dont have to poke around to get it to open. My work day is slowed down my my ability to find folders and files.
