    Repair image installation

My RT is stuck in the auto repair loop so I made a boot-able USB drive and downloaded the image windows sent me.
Problem is how do I put their image on the USB-the file is huge-do I put part of it such as install, or the whole thing.
Windows said to copy some of it to the root of the USB? Not exactly sure what they mean by that.

Windows don't send images. Can you be more clear how did you get the iso?
If you have a Win 7 iso installation disk and want to put it on a USB flash disk to be able to boot from it, use Rufus.

I got the image from Microsoft. I had to give them the serial number of my RT before I could download it. It is about 3gb and the page told me this would solve the problem if it was put on a boot able USB-but I don't know how they want me to do it. If you search Microsoft website and put in Windows RT recovery/repair image in the search box it will lead you too the same page.

As you already have the iso, to install on a USB:
    - Use MS program https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...-download-tool
    - Use Rufus Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
