Getting rid of key bindings that came out of nowhere.

So I do a lot of gaming. It's primarily what I use my PC for. For anyone who's on steam, and plays a lot of FPS games, you know that you spend a lot of time crouched, normally by way of the ctrl key.

Everything was fine until a while back, when s stopped doing anything when paired with ctrl, even though it did before, and r, when paired with ctrl, would take me out of any program I was in, and would open up a specific folder on my computer.

I posted this in the general section because it's less to do with gaming, and more to do with my keyboard settings, and how to change them back to default.
