The Multimedia Class Scheduler service entered the Start/stopped state

as the title sais the service keeps starting and stopping about every 3-5 mins.

i found that if no sound is played on the pc the service goes to stopped state, once a sound is played the service starts, and than back to stopped in about 3 mins.

is there a way to stop this? can i set the service to be always in the running state?

Currently the service is on automatic .

Also a side note this is also happening with The Application Experience service but at a more longer interval 15-30mins (could not find what is causing this, probably some program)
