Finding icons (.ico) files for building shortcuts

I've built some shortcuts in Win7 and found that there are only two icons that I can see to select.
Is there an icon group-- something I've seen elsewhere.

There's an option to browse for more outside the Target application. Where are there additional
icons that can be imported to
that short build screen? Icon files like Fave-Icons are always difficult to locate on system.

The shortcut build screen is accessed by the 'Properties' option with a right click.
Those fields are edited to make the shortcut.

I can put a screen shot in here if needed.

Ok, thanks. I would not have found it. Is this then the true path to use in the Shortcuts?
I'll try it and see.

You can also build your own icons (using GIMP, Photoshop or other graphics software).
