Folder title font size/color

Hi, I would like to change the font size and color of folder contents text (the text below a folder) not the folder itself or desktop colour. Is there any way to do this ?

Hello Uniman now as you are the same neck of the woods that I originate from (near East Grinstead and lastly at Hove) I feel duty bound to try and help

Mate could you post a shot of what you are actually looking at please it would make it easier to find just what you are after as there so many settings for this sort of stuff.
