How can I see the size of the folders on the hard drive?

This is a picture of the folders in the C: drive

Only the bottom files show a size, not the folders themselves. How can I get the size of the folders to appear on that list. I can right click and go to properties, and it will show the size of one folder, but I'd like to see them as a group on one page. I'm approaching the 500GB capacity of the drive and want to see what is taking up the space, and if not useful, deleting it.

    Windows Explorer won't do that.

3rd Party file manager software can do it (e.g. FreeCommander).
