Certain words result in no items match your search

I was using windows search to look for a specific document that I know for certain contained a specific word. However, when I typed the word in, it said no items matched my search. Two words in particular elicit this response, but otherwise my windows search seems to be working fine for all files and documents. I even made a new document containing only the two words just to make sure it wasn't a problem with the document itself, but when I typed those two words in, nothing came up. Another thing is that when I type part or nearly all of the word except for the last letter, the documents show up, but as soon as I type the whole world in, it tells me no items matched. It's almost as if those two words are filtered for some reason, but I can't seem to figure out why. If anyone could help me with this, that would be great!
