SSD OS Boot drive + HDD storage folder setup

recently i installed a ssd boot drive and wish to use my spare HDD for storage seamlessly?
if possible i want to be able to use the HDD in a empty mounted NTFS folder.
(i am at this point now created a folder called storage HDD)
now what i would like to do is move all storage folders or point all storage folders for all users on C: drive currently to that mount point. im sole user but if i wish to add a 2nd 3rd user later so when download docs pics vids etc they are stored there saving my ssd drive space and keep that purely for OS and programs but without there seeming like there is 2 drives and save having to point programs or downloads to different locations on a case by case basis, smaller pics C drive and bigger files vids D drive etc

any help achieving this would be much appreciated
