Windows corrupt boot files ERROR 0xc000000f

I have corrupt boot files, I am unable to access my windows. I have tried every possible solution in the web. In fact I been searching the web for 2 days for any fix. I tried all the bootsec commands using the windows recovery disk. I also tried to rebuild the boot files using bootrec command. I also used the automated start up repair tool but no luck. I don't want to reinstall my windows so don't mention that as I have valuable files and programs I need. This was all unexpected, I turned on my pc and all I see is corrupt boot with the error 0xc000000f code. (Boot section is inaccessible) or \windows\system32\winload.exe is missing or corrupt. The repair tool shows (Missingosloader). I even rebuilt the whole boot sector using a article I found on the web. Any ideas? Please help me solve this as it's so stressing.

Please don't refer me to windows forum, they all have the same replies and I tried them all. My boot is only corrupted not my system files. I can be assure of that. Is there a way to fix this or completely remove the boot files and rebuild new boot files in a different way?

This was also tried but no luck either.
    Code:
    Diskpart command
    List disk
    Select disk 0
    List partition
    Select partition 2
    Active

    Bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
    c:
    cd boot
    attrib bcd -s -h -r
    ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
    bootrec /RebuildBcd
    Repair attempt log:
    Code:
I've been using bleachbit for the first time. I must of checked all "System" checkboxes, of coruse i did come across the warning pop up boxes but they were cool with me as long as it doesnt damage the boot or system files, i proceeded with cleaning which took almost 20mins (thats normal). After the clean up i rebooted my system and suddenly i come across a boot error 0xc000000f boot section is inaccessible and boot\bcd, missing or corrupt , luckily i had the windows recovery disk tool. I used the recovery tool to try to fix the boot problem but no luck. In fact i tried every possible solution on the web but still no luck. Almost 2 days and i still cant fix the windows system. Whats the issue? I mean this shouldn't happen since bleachbit is safe!
Sorry but i'm not walking out of here until someone has a fixed solution to get my system back to normal, because bleachbit literally destoryed my system lol

The worse thing is that windows recovery repair tool doesn't even recognise windows installation no matter how many times I build the bootsec using the windows recovery commands.

    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    bootrec /rebuildbcd
    bootsect /nt60 all /force
I used other commands to rebuild the boot files can't exactly remember.

Hello and welcome Adzkii now first up some specs on that machine would be helpful
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.
    *(pretyped to save time)

I see you are really not wanting to do a clean install and you have tried this MBR - Restore Windows 7 Master Boot Record ??

Now I am no expert but I am thinking it might have to be a clean install if the above did not work.

If you are concerned about recovering data etc then take a look at this and see if it might help to do that
    BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Download Ubuntu Desktop | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows.

Or there is this Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS I prefer Ubuntu a tad easier to set up but this does the same thing

The pic is old and the UI of Ubuntu may be slightly different (I am unfortunately in hospital right now and cannot redo the pic) but it will still be the same principle.

For getting the drive hooked up to another machine I find a dock really the best but you can also install the drive into another machine or use a USB to SATA adaptor.

I think i have missing system32 files, my boot mbr is fine i assume. From repair logs you see some files from sys32 is missing like the osloader and drivers. I need help retrieving my system32 files. I managed to copy the files from my recovery disk to my c drive, so i recovered some system32 files (thanks to my recovery disk) but now whenever i try to boot into windows i get error 0xc0000428 ntoskrnl.exe i then proceed by pressing the enter key, it takes me to f8 advance boot options, that error i mentioned is invalid driver signature on ntoskrnl.exe (which i have no idea whats caused this) okay now on the f8 menu, i click the option "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" (i know its temp disable), so after continuing on with that option i come across with another error \windows\system32\drivers\spldr.sys missing or corrupt 0xc000000f so i check if i have that driver which i dont so its missing. That specific driver is not windows driver so its not in my recovery disk, so i cant copy it to my windows drive (c: ). Conclusion: i managed to retrieve windows default sys32 files and drivers but i cannot find any other drivers. Total conclusion:, i have no idea what window wants from here. I need help.

My pc is HP pavilion uk. with amd x4 465 cpu with nvidia integrated video graphics card. Sorry but i just dont want to do the long procedure with ubuntu installation as i dont have another laptop or pc. My only help is my recovery disk with command prompt.

My disk is set correct in my bios, its not uefi, its mbr i think. I have done chkdsk command also the sfc command dont work "There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again" or "Windows Resource Protection not working", something along that line.

    SFC /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=C:\ /OFFWINDIR=C:\Windows
Dont work either with the similar windows resource protection error

I tried using this command to disable driver signing checks so i can bypass the ntoskrnl.exe error but no luck.

    bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

    both return the same:
"An error occurred while attempting to reference the specified entry.
The system cannot find the file specified."

I know there has to be a solution to this without formatting. I can pop down to my friends house and burn some custom recovery tools like easyre but i will keep this option to the end.

Well to find whether the disk is MBR or GPT you only have to open a command prompt and run DISKPART see pic

The BIOS will be either Legacy or EUFI the difference is really very obvious when you open it up and if we had the machine specs we could tell you straight up - it is hard working not knowing what we are dealing with.

I take it you are using safe mode to run those sfc and chkdsk scans?

Also I personally do not like using any add on softwares to identify issues unless I am perfectly certain they are safe.

You say I managed to copy the files from my recovery disk to my c drive if the recovery drive wasnt the same version and windows that will mess it it ie if recovery was before a service pack and you have a service pack on pc they will be totaly wrong files.

You best chance may be to get free disk undelete software and see if you can recover any files or you could try Rescue Kit 14 Free Edition - Overview and try boot fix

Yeah i am on service pack, you might be right on recovery disk and sp compatibility but still i cannot be sure what the errors want.

I still want to leave those options last, right now i need solutions for what i got right now and thats my recovery disk. How can correct the sys32 drivers or even bypass ntoskrnl error. Even if i copied the old files (before sp) how can i get the sp windows 7 sys32 files on the web? All i need are the files to boot to my windows, from there i will fix all the corrupted files.

Ok well best try what Samuria has suggested as what he has said may well be messing the system even more.

Just had a look at the specs too HP Support document - HP Support Center and would like to know just what that RAM is as it says 3GB and that is an odd number to me at least. Plus it states it can be DDR3 or DDR2 . I just would like to know too is the hard drive the original one or have you replaced it at some time? If it is the original drive then it is possible the drive is going south and may be the cause of the problems because if the surfaces of those platters are worn or the read/write arms are not functioning properly then it may again be a cause of the issues .
