    windows 8.1 problem


    in my windows admin lock/close..
    windows update and onedrive cloud service and.... iwant to know what can i do for it. i want to update and change these services. please tell me how enabled. thanks for your attention

    Try to enter Safe Mode when you reboot your computer. The safe mode will not need your administrator login info.
