Powershell - clear event logs errors (Access Denied)

Hello everyone.

So I have an issue with Powershell. Ever since I installed Visual Studio 2015 I get errors in the powershell console when trying to clear event logs. I uninstalled VS2015 along with it's many components and I was able to reduce the number of errors down to two. Now these two are particularly hard to track down. I wasn't able to find the file names , sfc scan shows nothing , ccleaner doesn't do anything as well and I basically hit a dead end.

The command to clear events that I am using is this one:
wevtutil el | Foreach-Object {wevtutil cl "$_"}

os: windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

Here is an image of the errors I get now.
