    helppane.exe (Help and Soupport)to get online content


    I using Win 7 x64. When I use Help and Support even though the settings are set to Online help I can only get Offline help.

    No problem connecting to the internet. I have also tried shutting down the firewall to see if it was blocking but still no online help.

    I tried shutting off the firewall makes no difference.

    There are no error messages. I can open the Help and Support program without a problem. The problem is that I can only get offline help it does not get online help.

    I also uninstalled and reinstalled KB917607.

    Any help would be appreciated.
