I have 2 user accounts: 1 administrator and 1 regular.
Please write me how to disable second user which isn't administrator to install new programs.
Also, If somebody have posted the same question like mine before me, please send me a link.
There is no need to do anything special. Without administrator access, that account won't be able to install anything new, that's precisely one of the limitations of the standard account. It can't in fact change anything beyond its own settings.
