Okay that's a blacklisted site: Sucuri SiteCheck - Free Website Malware Scanner

Better run a scan with Kaspersky of check logs to see what changes were made. I don't know much about Kaspersky.

That's the folder creation date. The files inside it might have been overwritten with each update.

Not sure why you have a Ccleaner Folder inside your Ccleaner Folder in Program Files. Maybe that is the problem.

Try deleting it. I still reckon a full removal and clean install of Ccleaner would help.

Well I just downloaded the full winapp2.ini file to check. It looks like those entries have been removed. Maybe something to do with Windows 10

See: Winapp2.ini additions - Page 252 - CCleaner Discussion - Piriform Community Forums

Anyway if using CCEnhancer to download winapp2.ini don't forget to select option to trim and save selection before downloading.

Just to note that currently a full untrimmed 871kb winapp2.ini file downloaded to my machine cony=tianing all available entries.

A subsequent download of the trimmed file with entries that are not needed on my machine resulted in a file size of 55,503 bytes which doesn't make Ccleaner sluggish.
