    Disabling NumLock Toggle

I have my computer set to boot up with NumLock ON. There is NEVER a time when I want NumLock to be turned off, but some apps seem to think they know better than I do, and they toggle the NumLock (turning it off) at the most inopportune times. Is there a way that I can force NumLock to ALWAYS be on, and prevent these apps from turning it off?

One solution: download and install autohotkey, set it to start with windows with a shortcut in your start menu's startup folder
    https://autohotkey.com/

search for and find its auto-startup file, its called autohotkey.ahk. It will be filled with comments. Open it with notepad then in the middle of it, copy and paste the contents of this guy's autohotkey script he calls numlockenforcer.

then save autohotkey.ahk and reboot. I'm not an expert on the program, just use it to make my middle mouse button emulate my left mouse button cuz the left mouse button is broken, then searched on autohotkey numlock and found that script..

You can go into the registry and Force Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock Keys Behavior It's quick and easy. Copy the existing Value Data setting if you ever want to revert back to default.
