    But Lance1 did provided the answer in that very post! Look a few lines below and you'll find the appropriate shortcut. I'll quote it here:

    Windows key + down arrow minimized the active windows if it's in normal size, and restores to normal if it's maximized, that last bit is exactly what you requested for.

    sorry Alejandro85, but 'minimize' was not requested in the OP. Callender's solution 'toggles' the window size, it's perfect and NOT crapware.
