search files/folder and copy them to new folder

I am working daily basis with very large documents which need sometimes from me to make copy for others.
I have main folder with it sub-folder and each sub-folder has other sub-folder and inside these sub-folder I have many files with different extensions such as work , pdf, excel.
What I need is to create a search tool in which I can sort all files name in column A , and sort folder names in column B and choose the source path ( the main folder contain my data which I am looking for “variable value”) and destination path where I want to create copy of these desired files/folder.
Wish that my question is clear for you and hope to hear from u soon

I have about 400 video files in a folder but I need to put each one in its own folder so I can use the jukebox function on my media player. Is there any way it can be done without having to transfer each file to an individual folder one by one?
