NVM didn't have ram in. But after New psu, same issue. CPU then,?

Tried that. I'm prolly gonna use my second computer, don't want to spend money since I'm going to college and getting a laptop soon

1.) You say the monitor is getting a signal but screen is black. What tells you the monitor is getting a signal?
2.) Possibly the monitor has died. If it is a flat screen, maybe the backlight died. Do you have a flashing cursor?
3.) If your P/C is using a GPU then remove it and see if it comes up with onboard graphics (assuming that the board has onboard graphics), or vice versa maybe the onboard graphics have died and you can try putting in a GPU card. Any cheapo board would work for a test.

Tried all three. Monitor goes from orange to green light, unlike before it stays yellow
