Win 7 FALSELY reports "Could not find this item... This is no longer"

On just ONE single DVD folder on a 6 TB NTFS hard drive partition, when I try to rename or copy the folder I keep getting the error message: "Could not find this item ... This is no longer located in...", but dammit, it's right there!!

    Here's what it looks like:

For some people, apparently they have problems with the disk disconnecting/re-connecting, that that is NOT what's happening in my case. I can perfectly and repeatedly access ANY file and folder on the disk, including the folder in question, though I cannot play the DVD stored in that folder (I previously thought otherwise). I can double-click the folder in Explorer and view all the files without any errors or problems. There are no hard or soft links involved, just an ordinary folder.

Avira and MBAM have no trouble reading all the files, and both report no malware anywhere. ChkDsk says there are no problems whatsoever. I can't think of any way to repair this; does anyone else have any ideas?

    Thanks!
