Event notification is taking approx 20 minutes to handle event

When I login to my pc, one account takes an extremely long time to login. Checking the log I have this line:

The winlogon notification subscriber <Profiles> took 1187 second(s) to handle the notification event (Logon).

The only thing I can think of; is you account has a lot of programs loading and one or more of them is taking a long time.

Try this and see what happens.
