Windows 7: Avoid "Press any key to boot from USB" after boot device selection?

Windows 7 Pro. 64/SP-1
 
 

From reading the first post again, I think Windows 7 was installed on the flash drive and now will not boot from the flash drive into Windows 7 operating system.

To the best of my memory, Windows 7 can not be run from a flash drive installed in a usb port.
