Windows 7: My input language changes randomly ... and back!

My input language changes randomly ... and back!

I use 3 keyboard layouts: DE (default), EN, TH. Each one has a hotkey assigned.

A few days ago, I started having the following problem: Every couple of minutes, when my keyboard isn't the default (DE, for German), it would briefly change to DE for about half a second, and then change back to whatever it was before. The window I'm working in (e.g. Chrome), would be "inactive" during this period (and whatever I typed would be lost).

This happens no matter what I do - even if I do nothing and just sit there and watch the screen.

If I'm working in the default language already, then the language doesn't change, but the active window "deactivates" for half a second anyhow.

I've deactivated all hotkeys assigned to the different languages, but the problem persists just the same.

I've seen similar questions asked before, but their problem is actually different: It has to do with a new language showing up etc.

Any ideas anyone?
