    Refurb Dell Latitude Needs Windows 7 download, Prod. Key not Accepted


    Bought two Refurbished Dell Latitude laptops. They need Windows 7 Pro installed. When I tried to verify the product key on the Microsoft Website, the message came back as this OS was installed by the manufacturer so I needed to contact them. Go to Dell's website to download Windows 7 Pro, click on the download button and it sends me back to the same Windows site. Stuck in a loop here. Anyone have a better suggestion? Thanks in advance for any response.
