More processes than usual in Task Manager

Usually I have 40 to 42 processes listed in Task Manager, After this months patch updates, there are a few more listed. One I noticed was mscorsvw.exe (NET Runtime Optimization Service). Usually, after the monthly updates, it will run for a while, the go away. Another is dllhost.exe (COM Surrogate). Are these anything to be concerned about?

It could be appearing because you are viewing an image (normal) or because explorer is trying to read corrupt image thumbnails. Or it could be something else. Really you'd need Process Hacker or similar software to figure it out.

Worried about running processes?
