windows password reset - password is blank/empty but windows won't log

Hi. I got a computer to repair. I did the repair - replace, gpu and I want to run some test, but the owner forget the password (the notebook lay for about 3 months...).

So I tried to reset the password... to no avail. I did use Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, SeePassword Windows Password Recovery Pro, Ophcrack etc.

They are show two users administrator and the guy account, and password is empty... But when I try to get to the win7 64bit it says that password is wrong. Is there anything else I can do?

    Thank for any help.

As I said, the OWNER wan't me to recover/bypass password. I did use those tools before with success (also only if I forgot or somebody forgot the pass and ask me to bypass it), but now programs are not working (as I described before).

If you can't talk about those simple hacks (and this is not real hacking/phishing) I'm done with this forum.

If we discuss cracking we loose our reputation and credability we have no way of knowing if you are trying to hack someones pc or doing a genuine repair.

Most computer shops/repair places have their own copy of PC-Unlocker for customers bringing their receipts and computers.
