[Win7 64bit] Problem about win denied installing or update any program

Hello people.
My name is Czetto, I'm user from Thailand. Nice to see u all.

before I starts, first sorry for my English.

I'm had ploblems about my windows 7 ult, that show "code:5 access denied" when I'm trying to install any
program about fews month ago, the first I've encountered it, I just confusing and din't see any serious ploblems about my PC, but time has passed by and cause a serious right now. I've uninstalling some game and useful program for some space on my hd after I try to install it angain Programs can't place in old one Folder or anywhere, can't create temp in \Users\Czetto\AppData\Local\Temp or try another place like c:\ still can't complete installing "can't create destop icon or reg after all roll(deleted file for rolling back on install folder).

I'm really serious about this because I've important file any accidently deleted my family pics on mydesktop (Ctrl+del) I'need them back. Can u all help me pls.

Info about my windows status.
- window 7 64bit pass 3 yrs installed not any plobems caused.
- I've ASC9 free & Malware bytes (pro) always turn on when I'm surffing.
- Always windows firewall turn on.
- can still run regedit.exe, gpedit.msc, taskmanager
- cannot install or updating programs even they are installing successed before.
- uninstall programs from "Program Files - 86" din't delete any file from installing programs those choosed.
- new files *.zip *.rar files that dowloads about half year along cause windows security need confirm to open every time
- but old file from Windows.old or file in d:\ don't have any ploblems

this method can't fixed my problems.


this game can install in "Program Files (86)" last time, but cannot update. I try to change location don't fix it, can't over write original files 1st installed.
