    Status Bar Restoration

I am not sure "status bar" is the correct name. It is the icons on the bottom right of Windows. I use Windows 7. At one time, they were all combined under one icon but now all appear individually taking up a lot of space. I have looked but cannot find a way to restore the original appearance. Can anyone help?

    Hi,
Right click your taskbar on a blank space and select Properties,
On the taskbar section click on the notification area Customize button
On the bottom left you'll see a link turn system icons on or off click on it,
The next page you'll see another link on the bottom left to restore default icon behavior :)

You can also uncheck the box if it's checked to always show icons.

    That worked. Thanks.
