Initial BSOD, now restart loop....

I'm not even sure where to start really. Initially I got a BSOD and my computer restarted but upon trying to startup right after the windows logo it restarts again. I can't load safe mode. I can however enter my bios and have tried repairing what I can from the windows 7 disk. I can browse all my files when I click to try and find a driver under the win7 boot cd. So my dad can't be dead since I can access all of that right? In any case I have tried a fair bit of stuff to no avail. If I can provide any information that would help you help me please don't hesistate to ask. Thank you in advance!!

Also unless I unplug my secondary storage hdd I can't get the win7 cd to load its stuff properly. However when I try to boot my pc with just my ssd (which is what the OS is installed on) it continues to bring me back to my bios. The only way to have it load at least to the windows symbol is to plug my storage drive back in.

Another note: when trying to boot into safe mode it stops loading on classpnp.sys (not sure if that's useful but I figure until someone replies I'll try and provide what information I can.

CMD from the Win7 cd allowed me to rename classpnp.sys. Now stuck on driver.sys

Hello Hagendaz and welcome to W7F. It sounds like your only option is this--->How to Do a Repair Install to Fix Windows 7 No Data Will Be Lost In This Process.
