what is a folder with overlay monitor files? can I delete it?

just noticed a desktop folder called overlay monitor files. It seems to be related to wix.com and a website I was experimenting with as all the files in the folder are images from that site and tons of .js files. No clue how it got on the desktop. sounds like something safe to delete? just now wrote wix about it have not yet heard. thanks!

Are you interested in building or remodeling a website?

An overlay monitor folder with .js (scripting language) files in it allows you to use the tools you used on wix and that 'other' website to create or modify a web-page/site.

I suspect that your experimentation and use of wix and or the other website gave implied permission to download that folder, kind of sneaky though, did you see any notice that it would happen? It may have told about the download being needed somewhere on the websites info / instruction pages, maybe in a EULA.

If you aren't going to need the folder for something specific I'd delete it and let it sit in the recycle bin for awhile to see if a warning from one of your experimentation's needs it, you can always restore it from there.
