Windows 7: Icon names unreadable in Safe mode.

Icon names unreadable in Safe mode.

The icons' names in safe mode are a very dark blue/violet and most of them are unreadable against the black background. What a stupid choice of colour.

How can I change either the background or the icon names colour?
