Hi mspoppi, welcome to the Forum.

It sounds like you might be locked out of the website. Have you checked your password & user information to make sure it is correct.

I am not familiar with Gamedesire, but do you have to pay to play, if so are you up to date with subscription. Have you had any problems on the site that might cause someone to flame you & they have complained & you have been locked out.

    More info would be helpful/

Nope..We don't have to pay and i didn't cause any problems with anyone to get me locked out.
This computer is new and I did manage to get on the site one time but then shortly after I noticed a key by names.never had one before.
Like i stated,I have another computer and it has windows 10 and I am able to get into my gamerooms when I use them..just this windows 7 that has locked me out

Thanks for getting back. Things are a little clearer now.

It seems that you are registered with one computer which means the website has recorded that computer ID which is the one you are registered with. Now you are trying to logon using the same password & user name but the website does not recognise the computer ID so it's probably rejecting you as it thinks someone else is logging on using your logon details.

You may have to set up another user account with the website for the problem computer.
