How do I start a stopped "TrustedInstaller" service?

My Internet Access Server isn't working. When I try to update the driver I get the following message:

Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it

UMBus Enumerator

One of the installers for this device cannot perform the installation at this time

Hi Rriker,
TI or windows modular installer, WMI, automatically defaults to stopped.
note access denied to it is by design

There must be something wrong with either your modem/wifi/ethernet.

Your internet access via your server is obviously working or it would not have found a driver, and if your on that comp sending this at the moment then its definately working.

Suggest you reset the router.

You are probably correct. When I look at the Internet Access Server it says it's not configured properly and the IP shown in the properties is my router's address. I have a Linksys E2500 and haven't been able to get any support from Linksys. I have reset the router several times to no avail
